The galaxy's best Paella. This was enjoyed in the birth place of paella on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The restaurant, Restaurante Madrid, doesn't have a web site (and I am glad about that) but there is a spanish review site that talks about them. http://11870.com/pro/restaurante-madrid-villajoyosaUnfortunately, nothing in NYC can hold a candle to it.
