Best Paella in the Galaxy (Not in NYC)

The galaxy's best Paella. This was enjoyed in the birth place of paella on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The restaurant, Restaurante Madrid, doesn't have a web site (and I am glad about that) but there is a spanish review site that talks about them. http://11870.com/pro/restaurante-madrid-villajoyosa Unfortunately, nothing in NYC can hold a candle to it.

Terrace in the Sky

Though this was a beautiful plate, salmon with caviar, the rest of the meal was uninspiring. The Restaurant: Terrace in the Sky ( http://www.terraceinthesky.com/ ). It may have been because it was restaurant week and we chose to eat from that menu as opposed to the regular menu. But nonetheless, service was indifferent and inattentive. I recommend spending your hard earned cash elsewhere.
